Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, proceed through immigration and collect your luggage.

Our private driver (no guide) will meet you at the arrivals hall and transfer you to your hotel in Hanoi center.

Check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day relaxing or freely exploring the city (Standard check-in time: 14:00).

DAY 02: HANOI – NINH BINH – HOA LU – TRANG AN | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch | Accommodation: Hanoi

Detailed Itinerary:

07:25 – 08:00: Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter / Opera House area and depart for Ninh Binh province.

09:15: Short 15–20 minute rest stop en route.

10:15: Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, learning about feudal history under the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties (968–1010). Enjoy cycling around the local village to explore daily rural life.

12:00: Savor a 5-star style buffet lunch at Ninh Binh Restaurant featuring regional specialties (goat meat, spring rolls, fish, chicken, salads) as well as vegetarian options.

08:00 – 08:45: Pick-up from your hotel for the highway transfer to Ha Long Bay (approx. 2.5 hours via Hanoi – Hai Phong – Tuan Chau highway) with a 30-minute rest stop.

11:45: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor and board the Luxury Cruise. Enjoy a warm welcome drink and brief orientation.

12:30: Savor a traditional Vietnamese lunch onboard while sailing through thousands of towering limestone islets.

14:00: Disembark at Bo Hon Island to explore Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), admiring its extensive stalactites and stalagmites.

14:45: Kayak or take a hand-rowed bamboo boat through Luon Cave to discover its hidden lagoon.

08:00 – 08:30: Tour guide and driver pick you up at your hotel for a city exploration.

08:45: Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda on West Lake – the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, built in the 6th century.

09:30: Explore the Ho Chi Minh Complex (Mausoleum, Stilt House, Garden) and the iconic One Pillar Pagoda.

Note: Dress modestly (covering shoulders to knees). The Mausoleum is closed on Mondays, Fridays, and for annual maintenance (June 15 – August 15), but photo stops and garden visits remain available.

11:15: Visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology to learn about the 54 ethnic groups of Vietnam (Visits Vietnam Women’s Museum if closed on Mondays).

08:00: Breakfast at hotel. Tour guide and driver pick you up for a full-day exploration.

Morning: Visit Independence Palace (Reunification Palace), designed by architect Ngo Viet Thu. Admire classic French colonial landmarks including Notre Dame Cathedral and the historic Central Post Office. Conclude the morning tour at the War Remnants Museum, displaying comprehensive exhibits from the Indochina wars.

Lunch: Savor local cuisine at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: Depart for Cu Chi Tunnels (approx. 1.5-hour drive through countryside scenery). Watch an introductory video detailing how guerrillas built and survived in the complex underground network.

Explore living areas, kitchens, command centers, weapon storage, hidden trapdoors, and field hospitals.

Enjoy special guerrilla tea and boiled cassava (war-time staple food).

DAY 06: HO CHI MINH CITY – MEKONG DELTA DAY TOUR | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch | Accommodation: Ho Chi Minh City

Highlights: Vinh Trang Pagoda, Tien River Cruise, Dragon/Unicorn/Phoenix/Tortoise Islands, Fruit Orchards, Coconut Candy Mill, Hand-Rowed Sampan Ride

Detailed Itinerary:

Pick-up from your hotel after breakfast for a scenic 1.5-hour bus drive along National Highway 1 past rice fields to Trung Luong district (My Tho).

Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, a beautiful Buddhist temple featuring harmonious Asian and Western architecture.

Board a boat for a cruise on the Tien River, taking in views of fish rafts, Rach Mieu Bridge, and the iconic four islets: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise.

Stroll along rural village paths, visit a tropical orchard, and enjoy seasonal fresh fruits and honey tea while listening to live Southern Vietnamese folk music (Don Ca Tai Tu).
