Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, proceed through immigration and collect your luggage.

Our private driver (no guide) will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel in Hanoi center.

Check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day relaxing or freely exploring the city (Standard check-in time: 14:00).

DAY 02: HANOI – NINH BINH – HOA LU – TRANG AN | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch | Accommodation: Hanoi

Detailed Itinerary:

07:25 – 08:00: Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter / Opera House area and depart for Ninh Binh province.

09:15: Short 15–20 minute rest stop en route.

10:15: Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, learning about feudal history under the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties (968–1010). Enjoy cycling around the local village to explore daily rural life.

12:00: Savor a 5-star style buffet lunch at Ninh Binh Excursion Restaurant featuring regional specialties (goat meat, spring rolls, fish, chicken, salads) as well as vegetarian options.

13:30: Transfer to Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Board a 2-hour boat trip navigating through stunning tunnel cave systems and limestone karst scenery.

16:00: Board the return bus to Hanoi.

08:00 – 08:45: Pick-up from your hotel for the express highway transfer to Ha Long Bay (approx. 2.5 hours via Hanoi – Hai Phong – Tuan Chau highway) with a 30-minute rest stop.

11:45: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor and board the Luxury Cruise. Enjoy a warm welcome drink and brief orientation.

12:30: Savor a traditional Vietnamese lunch onboard while sailing through thousands of towering limestone islets.

14:00: Disembark at Bo Hon Island to explore Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), admiring its extensive stalactites and stalagmites.

14:45: Kayak or take a hand-rowed bamboo boat through Luon Cave to discover its hidden lagoon.

Detailed Itinerary:

Breakfast at hotel and check-out. Private driver transfers you to Noi Bai Airport for your flight to Da Nang.

Upon arrival at Da Nang International Airport, driver transfers you to your hotel in Da Nang for check-in.

15:30 – 16:30: Tour guide and driver pick you up at your hotel for the excursion toward Hoi An.

Stop to explore Marble Mountain (Ngu Hanh Son), a complex representing the 5 elements. Visit Tam Thai Pagoda, Linh Ung Pagoda, and natural Buddhist caves. Stop at Non Nuoc Stone Carving Village at the foot of the mountain to observe master stone artisans.

18:00: Arrive in Hoi An Ancient Town. Savor a local dinner featuring Hoi An specialties (Cao Lau, Hoanh Thanh, Banh Bao, Banh Vac).

Walk through Hoi An’s historic streets, visit the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, stroll along the Hoai River, and admire the vibrant hand-crafted lanterns illuminating the ancient town.

21:00: Transfer back to your hotel in Da Nang.

DAY 05: DA NANG – BA NA HILLS – GOLDEN BRIDGE | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch | Accommodation: Da Nang

07:30 – 08:30: Pick-up from your hotel and drive along the scenic coastal road to Ba Na Hills.

09:00: Arrive at Ba Na cable car station and board the UNESCO-record cable car system, taking in views of Mo Stream and Toc Tien Waterfall.

Visit the world-famous Golden Bridge held by giant stone hands, L’Jardin D’Amour Gardens, French Stable, 100-year-old pomelo tree, Old Villas, and Linh Ung Pagoda with its 27-meter Buddha statue.

11:30: Take the second cable car from Debay Station up to Nui Chua Peak (the highest point of Da Nang). Savor lunch at a restaurant on the peak.

Enjoy free time at Fantasy Park, one of Asia’s largest indoor amusement hubs, and visit Linh Chua Linh Tu Temple for panoramic views of Da Nang Bay.

Descend by cable car, board the coach, and return to Da Nang city center.

16:30 – 17:00: Drop-off at your hotel in Da Nang.

Under 5 years old (and under 1m): Free of Charge (Sharing bed, seat, and meals with parents).

5 – 8 years old: 75% of Adult Rate (Sharing bed or using extra bed with parents; maximum 1 child per room. The 2nd child aged 5–8 will be charged as an adult).

From 9 years old: 100% Adult Rate.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Standard Cancellation Fees (Based on total contract value):

30% Penalty: Cancellation reported within 31 – 45 days prior to departure.

50% Penalty: Cancellation reported within 30 days prior to departure.

100% Penalty: Cancellation reported less than 30 days prior to departure.

Urgent Bookings:

For urgent bookings made close to departure, specific cancellation terms will apply immediately upon service confirmation.

Flight Ticket Terms:

Airline tickets are issued immediately after payment and full name/DOB confirmation. Any date changes, name edits, or cancellations are subject to airline regulations and fees.
